This website is owned and operated by LWS MEDIA, its affiliates, agents and licensors (collectively, “we”, “us”, “our” or “LWS Media”). You understand that your use of this website constitutes your consent and agreement to abide by the most current version of these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms of Service preside over your access to and use of PhotoRetouchME’s service/s (“Service”). This will amount to a binding agreement between you and the service provider. Your access to and use of the Service/s are clearly conditioned on your agreement with these Terms of Service. Please note that any violation of these Terms of Service may and shall result in termination of Service.
PhotoRetouchME reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice to you. Please refer to this web page periodically for any changes. By continuing to access or use the Service after PhotoRetouchME makes any such changes, you agree to be bound by any changes to the Terms of Service.
Our Services:
The PhotoRetouchME Service consists of products, computer programs, widgets, services, and web sites hosted or made available by PhotoRetouchME, which you may use for uploading, storing, downloading, sharing and transmitting any number of text and images (collectively known as the “Service”).
We conduct our services according to the photos and instructions submitted by registered customers. If the submission is successfully accepted by PhotoRetouchME, we will start working and deliver the edited photo to the customer within a specified time frame (typically within 48 hours of receipt). Customers have 10 days to respond with revisions or changes. Customer’s revisions may be limited depending on the type of Service.
Customers may choose their own delivery time before making payment depending on the complexity of the project.
Copyrights:
The website, its content and compilation of content, and all software used on the website is owned and powered by LWS MEDIA or its affiliates or agents and is protected by United States Copyright Act of 1976, as amended, and the copyright laws of other countries. All content, logos, designs and icons are proprietary to LWS MEDIA or its affiliates or agents. Stock photos used on this site have been legally purchased with Royalty-Free licenses. The materials provided in this service, including graphic images, buttons, and text, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission, except that you may download, display, or print one copy of the materials on a single computer solely for your personal, non-commercial, home use, provided that you keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of LWS MEDIA, its affiliates’ or its third party information providers’ copyrights and other proprietary rights.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold LWS MEDIA and its affiliates, officers, directors, members, shareholders, agents, employees, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of your violation of these Terms.

Privacy Policy:
Your photos submitted to PhotoRetouchME‘s server and derivative retouched/edited images are NOT accessible to the public unless we have your explicit consent to share them to public.
PhotoRetouchMe transacts with utmost confidentiality and will not publish your images on our site or other sites without your explicit consent.
User Security:
You will be required to use a personal password to access your data in PhotoRetouchME. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and, accordingly, will be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including activities of others to whom you have provided your account information. You agree to immediately notify PhotoRetouchME of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. PhotoRetouchME will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any unauthorized use of your account.
Payment:
Customers should make their payment only after they are given their billing notice and payment instructions by PhotoRetouchME and LWS MEDIA. We currently only accept payments made thru Paypal. Payments should be made to LWS MEDIA’s authorized Paypal Account. An official receipt will be sent to the customer after payment is received and verified.
Refund Policy:
In the event of customer dissatisfaction, we will revise the same photos for free according to customer’s initial instructions, but there will be no refund in order to avoid abuse.
However, customer’s instructions go beyond the technical limit of our artists, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund as soon as possible.
Problem Resolution:
If problems arise, users may contact PhotoRetouchMe by writing to us at customerservice@photoretouchme.com and stating the specific concern. We are committed to resolving disputes within a reasonable time frame.
Data Storage and Security:
PhotoRetouchMe protects user information with the following security measures: with fire walls, data encryption and secure servers.
Age Requirements:
You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Service. If you, your parent or guardian, have any concerns please feel free to contact us.
Cancelation of Service:
If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the Service will terminate automatically.
